What to include
General questions
Not sure how something works? Each tool page has an FAQ at the bottom that covers the common cases. If it is not answered there, email me.
Feature requests
Tell me what you were trying to do and where the tool got in the way. Concrete examples are far more useful to me than feature names.
Bug reports
Please include your browser and version, your operating system, and the steps that reproduce it. A screenshot of the browser console (F12 → Console) usually tells me the answer immediately.
Business enquiries
Sponsorship, partnerships, or anything commercial — happy to hear proposals.
Response time
This is a side project, not a company, so I read everything but cannot promise a turnaround. Bug reports with reproduction steps get answered first. If you have not heard back in a couple of weeks, a follow-up is welcome rather than annoying.
Privacy and data requests
The tools process your files entirely in your browser and never upload them, so there is generally no personal data of yours for me to hold. For anything relating to analytics or advertising cookies — including access and deletion requests — email the address above and see the Privacy Policy.
