Introduction

Txt2Img.click is run by Tu Luu, an individual developer, not a company. "I" and "me" below mean that person. This policy explains exactly what does and does not happen to your data when you use the site.

The short version: the tools themselves never see your files, but the website around them does run Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and those set cookies and collect data. Both halves of that are described below.

What the tools never collect

The three tools — text-to-image, OCR, and image merging — run entirely as JavaScript and WebAssembly inside your browser:

• No uploads. There is no upload endpoint. Your text and images are read into browser memory, processed on your own device, and written back out as a download. They never become network traffic.
• No content storage. Because nothing is uploaded, there is nothing on any server to store, read, or hand over.
• No accounts. There is no registration and no login, so there are no usernames or passwords.

You do not have to take my word for any of this. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and run any of the tools: no request carries your content. The tools also keep working after you disconnect from the network, once the page has loaded.

What the website does collect

Separately from the tools, the site runs two Google products. These are active on every page, including this one.

Usage analytics

The site runs Google Analytics 4, property G-B64G26JG5G. It records:

• Pages visited and time spent on pages
• Referring websites that led you to our site
• General geographic region (country/city level, not precise location)
• Device type and browser information
• Screen resolution and operating system

I see this only as aggregate reports and use it to decide what to build next. Note that this is data Google collects and holds under its own terms — the honest framing is not "anonymous" but "not personally identifying to me". If you would rather it were not collected at all, any mainstream content blocker will stop it, and the tools will carry on working normally.

Email you send me

If you email contact@txt2img.click, I keep that message in my mailbox so I can reply and track bugs. I do not add you to any mailing list and there is no newsletter. Ask and I will delete the thread.

They apply in a real sense to two things only — analytics and advertising data held by Google, and any email you have sent me. For the Google data, use the opt-out links above or a content blocker; for email, ask me and I will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Governing law

This site is operated from Vietnam and this policy is governed by Vietnamese law. Nothing here limits rights you hold under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA if those apply to you — exercise them using the address below.
